Bo is a National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist from Athens, Georgia. Bo played football for two years at The University of Georgia where he discovered his passion for training and exercise. While at UGA, Bo earned his bachelor and master degrees in Exercise Science. He has worked in clinical, commercial, and private settings for the last decade helping a multitude of different clients achieve their goals of living healthier happier lives.

Jermaine Hough

Jermaine was born and raised in Georgia. He developed his love for athletics and fitness at a young age. With over 15+ years of being a dual athlete, he’s no stranger to hard work. Jermaine graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Exercise Science from Jacksonville State University. Leaving his mark at JSU as a 3 time All-American football player. Jermaine enjoys traveling, listening to music, and spending time with family & friends.

Discovering his passion in fitness and wellness. He believes that a strength & conditioning based program, with a proper diet is the foundation of a lean mean fighting machine! With Robert Jacobs as his Mentor and Coach, he has learned many different methods and techniques of strength training and program design. Jermaine strives to be a blessing to others by motivating and pushing individuals to achieve their goals.

Kelly Huggins

Kelly is an U.S. Army veteran and degreed in Exercise Science from Georgia State University, 2001. Along with his degree, he is certified with NASM, CPT and CES (corrective exercise specialist). He has also completed a 200hr yoga teacher training, taught at the National Personal Training Institute, wrote for the AJC, and even had a radio show called the Fitness Mythbuster. With over 20 years experience, Kelly has plenty of tools in his arsenal to help you reach your goals.

Eddie George

Eddie “I am” George started boxing in 2011. He fell in love with it and has dedicated his life to the sport. It’s a new challenge every day and has made him dig deep to realize who “I am.” Eddie credits boxing with being the best thing he’s done for himself physically, mentally and spiritually. His goal is to make the US team at the end of the year.

Eddie is a 3x Sugar Bert National Champion, 2x silver medalist Georgia State Golden Gloves, and 2x Georgia games champion. He enjoys dancing courageously through the chaos and wants you to join him in the BOX.

Nick Barbas

Nick brings over four years of personal and group training experience to TTR. He has a B.S. in Kinesiology from The University of North Georgia and has picked up coaching expertise from TITLE Boxing Club over the last three years. You can catch him every weekday morning in the BOX with a playlist that's sure to start your day off right!

Colleen Letak

Collen is definitely a fan favorite at the Training Room. She hails from Philadelphia, PA. Don't let her big smile fool you, she will push her harder than you ever imagined possible!

Outside of the gym, you can find her spending time outside her with her friends, running on the beltline and reading a good book.

KK

KK has always been passionate about strength training, but her desire to train others started taking shape while she was a three sport athlete at Springfield College. KK loves variety in teaching and training whether that’s circuit style training to personal training or TRX. She holds personal and group training certifications from the American Council on Exercise, a functional training certification through TRX, and a fitness nutrition certification.

Outside of the gym, KK works in marketing for the Atlanta Hawks and makes highlights for NBATV. She loves outdoor activities like hiking and climbing, traveling to new places, and you might catch her on a basketball court crossing up fools from time to time.

Anggie Pope

There are some things in life that really matter to Anggie; health is one of them. Anggie has worked in fitness for the past 20 years making a difference in people’s lives. Following her purpose in life, she quit her engineering job, jumped off the cliff and worried about the wings later. In college she trained people out of passion but then later educated herself on fitness and received her certifications from ISSA, NASM, and ACE. She dedicated 600 more hours to learning more about exercise science and received a diploma from National Personal Training Institute where she later became an instructor, teaching other people how to be Personal Trainers. Needless to say, she loves what she does! If one life is changed through her instruction, it's worth everything. Her motto: "Make s@#t happen!"

Keller Fornes

Keller Fornes is an Actor/Director, and no stranger to the fitness world. After wrestling in High School and College, Keller began boxing competitively at the age of 20 and teaching group Boxing/Kickboxing classes in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area of Texas for 4 years. Upon graduating from the University of North Texas, Keller moved to Atlanta in 2016 to pursue an acting career, and has yet to put down his gloves. Teaching BOX classes and training at The Training Room are Keller's favorite things to do when he is not in front of the Camera.

Caleb Hallman

Caleb is a certified personal trainer through the International Sports Science Association. He attended the University of Indianapolis where he played collegiate baseball. Caleb strives to bring together all aspects of health, be it physical, mental, and social. He designs individualized programs that are both challenging and engaging to get the best results possible. Having worked in the corporate world before coming back to health and fitness Caleb is uniquely positioned to help those with busy, stressful daily lives overcome the barriers they face to help them achieve the best version of themselves.
